• Style of totem you want crafted: Ring, Necklace, Bracelet, Sculpture or Canvas?

• In what material ( 14k or 18k Gold, Rose Gold, Silver or Platinum )? 

• Desired size or specific dimensions ( Nano, Micro, Mega )? See size chart.

• Do you want any Gems/Crystals in your totem? If so what style and where ( In the eyes, fully Iced )?
