Every Frank Wilder piece is solid precious metal, built to be worn for life. A little care keeps it that way.
STERLING SILVERSterling naturally darkens with air and skin over time. Some collectors love the patina and let it build. To bring back the bright finish, a few passes with the polishing cloth included in your package is all it takes. For deeper cleaning, warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush.
Take your piece off before pools, hot tubs and the gym. Chlorine and sulfur are the only real enemies sterling has. Store it dry, ideally in its pouch.
14K GOLDSolid gold doesn't tarnish. Wipe it down with a soft cloth now and it will outlive all of us.
LIFETIME WARRANTYEvery piece is covered for life against manufacturing defects: casting flaws, broken bails, failed solder joints and chip malfunction. If it's our fault, we repair or recast it free, forever.
Wear, loss, theft and damage from misuse aren't covered, but write us anyway and we'll find a fair way to make you whole.
Every piece is cast to order in the studio and ships tracked and insured, worldwide, included in the price.
TimingCast to order means your piece is made for you after you order it. Allow two to three weeks from order to ship. You'll receive your tracking number the day it leaves the studio.
United StatesUS orders ship by express courier and typically arrive two to four days after dispatch. Frank Wilder pieces are made in Canada and qualify under CUSMA, so US customers pay no duties.
Everywhere elseWe ship to every country our couriers reach, and so far that's 72 and counting. International transit typically runs three to eight days after dispatch. Local duties and taxes, where they apply, are the collector's responsibility.
ExchangesCast-to-order pieces are made for you, so they're exchanged rather than returned. If anything arrives wrong, damaged or not as described, write us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
